Marian Blank Horn (born 1943) is a judge of the United States Court of Federal Claims, appointed to that court in 1986 by President Ronald Reagan, and reappointed by President George W. Bush in 2003.〔(Biography of Marian Blank Horn from the United States Court of Federal Claims ).〕 Born in New York City,〔Joint Committee on Printing, ''Official Congressional Directory, 2009-2010: 111th Congress'', p. 864-65.〕 Horn attended the Fieldston School〔 and received a B.A. from Barnard College, Columbia University,〔 and a J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law,〔 in 1969.
